Facial Recognition

Scanners

SmartX Automated AI Temperature Screening System for access control has been specifically designed for flu, virus and infection fever screening. The Temperature Screening tablet is a hands-free, touchless device that works so fast,  it reads an individual's temperature in approximately 2 seconds. This non-invasive system can be set up at the entrance of a real estate or a workplace to screen those entering. Help your business determine presence of elevated  temperature with employees, visitors, staff, students, or attendees entering your facility. It will immediately display a warning, along with the captured image, of any individual with a temperature above your established threshold.

How does the technology work?

  • Live Facial Recognition: The Smartx Temperature Screening comes with the ability to scan for facial recognition that matches an employee photo and profile.

  • Mask Detection: Facial recognition features an optional alarm for face-with-mask recognition, ideal for workplace policy compliance on wearing face masks.

  • Our device support human body temperature detection and temperature display, with an accuracy of ±0.9° F. The Terminal reads the forehead skin temperature.

  • A distance of 2-3 feet is recommended for most accurate readings, with 3½ feet being the longest distance temperature can be measured.

  • It only takes a few seconds for detection and an alarm will sound automatically when temperature abnormality is detected - at a threshold set by the facility.
